With the Lladró Assurance Program, we want to offer a complete service for you to enjoy your sculptures for a long time. We therefore insure your sculpture at no charge from the date of purchase. In the event of breakage, you can purchase your sculpture again*, or another one of equal or lesser value, from any authorized Lladró retailer at 33% off the current suggested retail price at the store where it is being purchased. If the damage is only to a replaceable part, your authorized Lladró retailer will supply replacements parts at no cost (only in exceptional cases special parts will be charged). You are, however, responsible for any additional repair costs.
